Did you know that Sleep plays a vital role in healthy brain function and your emotional well-being? I know sometimes it’s tough especially for mommy’s like myself or if you have a new born baby, you work late or dealing with a lot etc. Here’s how I prep for a good night sleep: by creating a proper schedule for my babies and try my best to stick to it. I also love a hot shower or warm bath, my aromatherapy oils, reading a book and listening to music before I fall asleep.
