2. Incline Chest Machine - 3 x 12 w/ Banded Floor Flyes 3 x 12, 12, 10 w/ Dips 3 x 10, 10, 10 (3 second stretch at bottom)
3. Cable Flyes w/ UpRight Dumbbell Flyes - 4 x 15, 15, 12, 12 (2 second hold at top)
4. Reverse Pec Deck w/ Band Pulls - 4 x 12, 12, 12, 12 (2 second hold at top)
5. Side Raises - 4 x 10, 10, 10, 100 (2 drops, last set 100)

Today, I did a speed challenge here at @hypnoticemporium. Challenge was - 20 scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream, hot fudge, caramel, sixlets candy, peanuts, two Charleston Chew chocolate bars and a doughnut. All had to be gone in less than 20 minutes. The chocolate bars is what killed me at first because it was like chewing a tootsie roll x's 20. Unfortunately, I didn't finish on time as I had MAYBE a little under a quarter left to finish. Coming from a fatass foodie, this challenge looks easy, but that dairy will catch up to you real quick. Splotched myself with hot ass water afterwards cause my face was legit frozen. ๐Ÿ˜‚ All in all, a tasty challenge. Will upload video soon. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ #ManVsFood
