Happy Father's Day!
This man wasn't always the man he is now. I would rather not remember what he used to be. But I can at least say, that even in his darker times he showed his best side. He loved us, cared for us, and taught me some lessons that he knew I should know to survive life. He showed us how to fight, to believe in whatever we wanted to believe in, he supported us, he even allowed us to be free and be who we wanted to be. He proved that many times in my life. When I made certain decisions and chose to do certain things, he still supported whatever choice I made because he trusted that I knew what I was doing. He knew I was smart enough to know what consequences would come with my choice making. He let us be. I was a rebel. I did what I wanted. But because of my dad, I knew exactly what to do incase I ever got myself in a bad situation. My dad is now a greater man than he was before, and I am happy he is my father. I wouldn't want anyone else. I love you dad.
