If you are looking for something sweet and quick to make with easily available ingredients in your pantry, then this is it !! It is so simple to make that you will want to make it again and again.. It is rich, creamy, mildly sweet and simply delicious! You can serve it simply with fresh berries as I have done in the video or you can top it with crunchy granola. It can be perfect for breakfast.
I have kept it less sweet as I like it. If you want you can substitute the honey with condensed milk or vice versa. Both the versions are yummy!!

Fruit trifle pudding recipe

Ingredients
1)Weekfield jelly crystals 1 pack

2 )Water 500 ml
3 )Jelly-

Method-
Pour the contents of packet into a bowl.

In another sauce pan heat 500 ml of water.

Now add the hot water into the content of packet and mix it properly.
Let it set for 45 minutes.

CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS
1) Weekfield Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp

2) Milk 500 ml

3) sugar 2 tbsp

Method-

Take some milk and make a paste using the custard powder.

Heat the remaining milk.
Add sugar in it and bring it to boil.
Reduce the flame then add custard powder paste gradually to the milk.
Cook till the custard thickens and remove from the flame.
Let the cool.

Fruits –

Ingredients
Apple 1 no.
Orange 1 no.

Mango 1 no.

Sapota (chikku) 2 no.

Method-

Chop all the fruits.
Mix all the fruits together in a bowl.
Add about 2 to 3 tablespoon of sugar, mix it well and refrigerate it for some time.

Assembly –
Cut any plain cake into small pieces and put it in any large glass bowl.
Soak the pieces of cake using simple sugar syrup.
Now add the chopped fruits on top of the cake layer.

Cut the jelly into medium size pieces and add it on top of the fruits.

Pour the cooled custard on top of the jelly.
Refrigerate it for few hours till the custard is nicely set.
Decorate with whipped cream and some cherries before serving.
