Here's my happy #healthyselfie on Day #54 of my 120-Day Healthy Living Challenge. I am smiling because I made it through my core strengthening and weight training session with no complaints. That was HUGE. I'm officially out of my gym funk of not wanting to come. I think the DC warm weather motivated me today.
How do you overcome your "I don’t wanna workout" funk?
It's Day #53 of my 120-Day Healthy Living Challenge and I really didn't want to come to the gym. So I packed up my gym bag and included the March issue of @oprahmagazine. As I walked to the gym, I promised myself to show up in whatever I decided to do. I decided to bike fast and read O Magazine. The end result was 10.4 miles in 41.03 minutes. The lesson I learned is just show up and do your best!

Started Day #50 of my 120-Day Healthy Living Challenge with an intense cardio bike ride at the gym. Was able to read my daily affirmations and devotional from Science of Mind and the first chapter if John Randolph Price's "The Abundance Book." What a grwat way to jumpstart my day and week.
Latergram: My yoga mat hosted a juicy yin yoga session dedicated to hip and heart openers, 4 one-minute planks, and one set of three 17-second mountain climbers on Day #46 of my 120-Day Healthy Living Challenge.
