Hey guys, it's been a while. Although I've been disciplined in many areas of life I have not been feeding my creative side enough. Spend some time being mindful as well. The artistic process allows you to tap into mindfulness. It alleviates stress and anxiety, two things that prevail me time and time again. I hope you enjoy a throwback to the #analogmonsters days with this sketch. I drew it at a time when I was most frustrated and annoyed. I came out feeling happy and calm.
