Exercise 1 = plank with hip drop
1. Take the plank position ensuring your body is a parralel to the ground. Stay on your toes, elbows under shoulders and keep your abdominal muscles tensed and tight

2. Hold this position, moving your hips only, twist from the waist and drop to one side. touch the floor with your hip and use your abs to return to the middle plank stance. Drop to the other side and repeat as many times as possible
This will work your Core: abs, obliques and lower back muscles
