Fearless Baby is 5 months old, y'all. How did that happen?! He's an absolute ray of sunshine and is entering maximum squishy baby phase. The best! 😍

Rolling 90-ish teeny tiny meatballs was oddly satisfying. (Each are about raspberry-sized). Getting fried, getting tossed with rigatoni/bechamel/lotsa cheese, then the whole thing is baked and delicious! πŸ˜‹

Busy week has meant lots of takeout and meals made from leftovers, so it's time to get back into some fresh cooking! Prepping dinner -- Sesame Soba Noodles with Gai Lan, Mushrooms, & Ginger-Lime Peanuts. πŸœπŸ„πŸ₯œ

Bun-free burger with sharp cheddar + balsamic onions // pearl couscous with roasted veg, fried halloumi, lemony yogurt dressing // tomato, cucumber + basil salad = awesome dinner to finish up a wonderful weekend. πŸ”πŸ…πŸ§€β˜€οΈ

In case you're wondering what's one of the things keeping me busy these days, here's Mr. Fearless Baby! Four months old, and an absolute sweetheart. We feel so lucky he joined our family! πŸ’›

Shawarma-spiced pork tenderloin with couscous, peas, + yogurt sauce. πŸŽ‰ Also, my pork tenderloin isn't accidentally overlooked -- I like it well done. No pink pork centers for me, please! πŸ•ΊπŸΌ

There are a lot of things I love about working from home, and one is the ability to quickly fire up the grill + cook up lunch! πŸ”₯Spicy Italian sausage from @prbutcher with homemade tomato/cucumber salad, coming up!

Prosciutto-wrapped (and Swiss-topped) chicken with sage/tomato/spinach risotto. After 5 days of making really good homemade meals, I'm giving myself permission to serve all leftovers, freezer meals, + takeout next week. 😜

Tonight's A+ dinner - spaghetti with chorizo, baby heirloom tomatoes, jalapeΓ±o, + basil. Spicy and SO incredibly good. (Recipe from @mariobatali for @hellofresh, except I tripled the chorizo. OF COURSE I DID).
