Rolling 90-ish teeny tiny meatballs was oddly satisfying. (Each are about raspberry-sized). Getting fried, getting tossed with rigatoni/bechamel/lotsa cheese, then the whole thing is baked and delicious! 😋

Prosciutto-wrapped (and Swiss-topped) chicken with sage/tomato/spinach risotto. After 5 days of making really good homemade meals, I'm giving myself permission to serve all leftovers, freezer meals, + takeout next week. 😜
Tonight's A+ dinner - spaghetti with chorizo, baby heirloom tomatoes, jalapeño, + basil. Spicy and SO incredibly good. (Recipe from @mariobatali for @hellofresh, except I tripled the chorizo. OF COURSE I DID).
