Made in house, always. We start by "steeping" coffee at room temp for 18 hours, no heat/hot water required which means no temperature variance and results in smooth flavour and milder acidity. Then we filter it into kegs and infuse it with nitrogen, the same beverage gas used for Guinness and stout. The nitrogen adds a barely-there effervescence, resulting in a smooth flavour and velvety body. Then we pour it from a stout tap! Liquid gold! ☕🍺
