#lovelettertoamuse - getting client feedback like this makes my day! "Mary's the fairy godmother in my business. Since working with her I've increased my Instagram following and engagement, been followed by major brands and her images for sarahjensen.com.au have been shared by companies I admire including @thankyougroup and @rundleplace. I'm thrilled to be working with her to build my business and brand with heart and integrity"

@misssarahjensen - I had sooo much fun working with you and can't wait to see what you get up to next!! Ps. Let's get donuts like this for our next catch up!

I'm completely in love with my little girls but must admit I'm thoroughly enjoying the select work I've started undertaking again, and am finding it hard to resist taking on more client projects - Do any other working mumma's have some advice they'd like to share about how they successfully battle the guilt & apprehension that comes with running your own business and giving your family the attention they deserve?

Planning the decor for this years Christmas feast... Say Yes to props that aren't just props - choose homewares that compliment your brand colour palette to make throwing a flatlay together easily fit your feed without cluttering your home with things you'll never use except for in a photo.

It's been a week since I last posted as I decided to take some long overdue tech free time to thoroughly appreciate and play with the beautiful people and world around me.
When's the last time you took a break, reminded yourself of your why and stopped comparing yourself to strangers on the internet?

1 month until Christmas Day - whaaaat!? Has this year gone quickly for anyone else?

What do you do to make things easier for your customers and give a better first impression?

Pre new baby I met clients at a venues that were convenient to them, such as their office, a creative hub or wifi friendly cafe such as @brickandmortarcreative, @tell_henry or @nutritionrepublic so if we were squeezing the catch up in during their lunch hour we'd have more time together while the excursion allowed me to get out of the house (and also as my studio is at home, I didn't need to worry if my 4yo had trashed the place before heading to ELC for the day). I also generally try to avoid rocking up in pjs to a meeting, so as well as brushing my hair, putting on lipgloss and real clothes, I made sure I tracked down a not so ugly laptop bag (that is now masquerading as a nappy bag while I'm taking a break from work) and voila, ready greet the world with out scaring anyone.

One of my favourite take-aways from the award winning @misssarahjensen #rockyourgoals workshops I've been lucky enough to attend, is - be sure to celebrate anytime you kick a goal or hit what you were aiming for, and done can be better than perfect - So I made time for some sparkling, because last week I finally published my own first blog post!
Blog posts won't be regular by any means while I'm taking time off with my now 8wk old, but when they do get published there'll always be a freebie for you to download 🙌🏻 - the link is in the profile btw - go check it and and let me know what you think!
