Lovely raspberries mi-cuit 💞 - 100g chocolate + 4 pieces of chocolate - 100g apple mousseline - 20g vegan margarine -50g flour - 40g raw cane sugar - raspberries
Melt the 100g of chocolate with the margarine. Add the sugar, the mousseline and the flour. Pour the mixture at the half of the ramekin, put a piece of chocolate and a raspberry in the middle and add the rest over. Bake 12min at 180°. Wait 10min and serve.
