One of the biggest worry every gym girl goes through at some point... cutting down body fat & losing the booty.
Have I lost size whilst cutting : YES!
Do i care? : HELLLL NO!
I have spent litterally years and hours of my life trying to build a bigger booty. I'm now at a point where I don't honestly don't really mind about how big/smaller my bum is or looks. I hold most of my fat around my legs and bum so of obviously I'm going to lose size when I cut down, you can't choose to lose body fat from just one area ( unless you have surgery ). I'm super super happy with the shape of my body and I want to really see the definition of it now & maintain my shape. I'm actually so much healthier and happier in the right photo and my new goals for next year is to have an overall healthy appearance focusing on every body part rather than building just one area. Looking healthy & being healthy are two very different things. πŸ’š

Dessert sorted for tonight .. Frozen rainbow yogurt using @womensbest Acai powder & all green everything. I used fruit & coconut yogurt blended up with almond milk then put in the freezer! πŸ‰πŸ‡πŸ“πŸ¦„

Loved todays training session I have done loads of things I have never done before. My upper body strength needs some help I felt like a newbies today but that's what progress and consistency is for. I LOVE new challenges & @jls_training pushing me to my limits again.. πŸ˜†

Starting to finally see my abs, I've been in a calorie deficit for the last 3 months. I've been doing around a 10%-20% deficit taking my time as I want long term results rather than quick weight loss. I won't be bulking again as I didn't enjoy it & it made me feel not so great about myself. Plus none my clothes fitted me for ages. πŸ˜†πŸ˜ Going plant based is not the reason I've lost weight, because like anything you can still over eat & under eat. However not having meat, cheese, milk or fish in my diet has meant I can eat a lot more nutrients rich foods & im eating more carbs than when I was cutting before when eating meat. I still treat myself and I'll be honest some of my treats like dark chocolate contain milk in it, none is perfect but I'm getting there one step at a time. I've just got myself a trainer for the next 10 weeks and I'm really going to be pushing myself the hardest I ever have before and of corse I'll be sharing everything I learn with you all as my body changes. πŸ‘―πŸ’•πŸ’ͺ🏽

Small choices lead to big results .. cutting out meat wasn't the hardest part of this change of lifestyle, it's cutting out the refined sugar & refined carbs which has been by far the most challenging part, and guys I promise you the less you eat of these sweet treats the less you crave them. Yesterday I went to cinema and usually I'd get a large sweet & salty popcorn, bag of pix a mix, bag of chocolate & slush puppy, and yes I'd eat it all. I told myself I do no need these things & I'll survive without them. M πŸ˜†β˜ οΈ To me long term happiness with my health and way I feel about myself is more important than 5 mins of pleasure eating, I still treat myself but I've turned more towards healthy treats which are still satisfying. Set your goals and work your ass of to achieve them because none else will do it for you. One of the biggest investment you can make in life is in yourself.πŸ’•
