Morning πŸ’ͺ🏾 .. I get so excited to train and today is my favourite, boootyyy!! Beautiful sunny day so imma pack up a picnic for me and the pups & go for a mini hike β˜€οΈπŸƒπŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸΆπŸΆ

I hit a brick wall the start of this year with my training. Im not a personal trainer or even had a proper full on personal trainer. Everything I've learnt has been though trial and error, watching other people in the gym, watching videos. I recently asked a trainer at my gym to take a look at my technique and see where I was going wrong. Took everything on board and spent all last week trying to edcuate myself better on diet & why we need certain things in out diet. Seen a HUGE difference already, spent less time in the gym working out as well but feeling it way way more! Don't ever be afraid to ask for help or advise, small tweks make a huge difference πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾

Just finnished a painful leg workout withπŸ‘±πŸ½ followed by a Sunday roast at the local pub. Also, just picked up my membership for Virgin Active, for when I'm over here. It's going to be my 2nd home now πŸ˜‚πŸ’ͺ🏾 full videos @amandafinnieefitness .

Just got my order delivered from @womensbest .. I litterally had no clue what BCCAs where for AGES believe it or not, and apparently they really important 😬😁I have 2 new flavours, strawberry kiwi which litterally taste like squash & green apple which I haven't tried yet. I lost so much muscle whilst I was away in Thailand so trying my best this time to make sure I have everything I need to for when I next cut. I use these in my diet by having 2 a day πŸ’œ #womensbest

Shape update .. this was litterally when I just woke up so my tummy is flat, but post breakfast it's a different story .. I always take photos when I first wake up as I look flat, but rest of the day I'm carrying food babies with me πŸ˜‚ jumped on the scales yesterday and I'm up to 61kg .. no idea how much of it is muscle or fat gains but these shorts when I brought them was slightly baggy which you can see in my body update video a few weeks ago ... I swear you need a different wardrobe for when you cut and bulk πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I must say I've never been happier than I am now, no stress on my diet, no stress on training just enjoying life and remembering why I love training so much which I've been doing for 4 years now ❀️ ..

This morning shakes half a cup of kale & spinach with a scoop of vanilla @womensbest shake with milk ... I add in kale & spinach for the extra iron as in anemic. Two of these a day before or after my meals or as a snack. Yum yummmm πŸ’š #womensbest

I get the best night sleep after training .. 10hrs straight last night πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾 feeling strong and fuller πŸ‘
