Easy peasy dinner squeezey! You guys know I love to cook, but I had a premonition when I bought groceries over the weekend that I'd be drained at the end of each work day and would want the easiest dinners possible. I'm SO happy I had that foresight because dinners have been super quick and who knew that relaxing after work feels SO GOOD! Got a pack of two huge crab cakes from @stewleonards for $5.99 (can you believe that???), added some pre-mixed kale and Brussels salad, and made a quick tomato mozz salad to round it out! Now off to continue the relaxing portion of the evening 💕

First day back at work after more than a week off and came back to a celebration! Super excited to introduce our brand new @lightandfit nonfat yogurt with zero artificial sweeteners! It's available in both Greek and regular varieties, and this Greek one has 90 calories, 13g protein, 3g fiber, and zero artificial sweeteners per 5.3 oz - plus it's deeeelish and provided a fun photo op for me and the ladies I missed a ton while I was away 💕

Good morning and happy Sunday! We're still a bit jet lagged and tired from our trip, so it's a late start for us today, but that doesn't mean I'm not putting careful thought into eating a delish breakfast (or should I say brunch?) 🍽 We bought a ton of fresh fruit yesterday, including these incredible fresh figs which were on sale for $9.99 a half flat! Believe it or not, these babies are usually double that price 😱 Paired them with some nectarine (also from yesterday's fruit haul) and sunflower seed GG crackers with low fat veggie cream cheese from my fave bagel place for a meal that made me seriously happy! Plus I've been feeling like I haven't been as mindful of my fiber intake as I usually like to be, so this brunch helped me get my fiber game back on track!! Making healthy choices, no matter how small, can help you feel motivated to make more healthy choices throughout your day/week, so don't forget to celebrate those tiny wins ✅

When we were traveling in New Zealand last summer, we ran into a TON of gewürtztraminer white wine, and were told over and over how it's meant to be eaten with a spicy meal, like curry! Naturally we had to try for ourselves, so we brought along one of the wines from our trip to our fave local BYOB Thai spot in New York! Verdict: 👍🏻

The freshest salmon, enjoyed in one of the most unique dining venues I've ever been to. The Saltry is an open air restaurant on Halibut Cove, a tiny island about 45 minutes from Homer which you can only get to on ONE specific ferry! The menu had so many amazing fresh seafood options it was hard to pick just one, but I ultimately landed on this King Salmon served with roasted cauliflower, sprouted quinoa, and cultured cream 😛😛 Another fun fact about Halibut Cove - it's an island with a ton of artists, so we got to eat off handmade and beautifully detailed plates, made by the owners of the restaurant! Consider me totally spoiled because this meal was an insane treat!!

Flew all the way to Alaska for a yogurt, fruit and granola breakfast bowl ☺️ I guess old habits die hard 😜 Happy hump day, loves! 🐪🐪

Taking a momentary break from your regularly scheduled programming (ahem FOOD!) to bring you a little bit of action from our Alaska adventures ✨✨We took a little hike in Anchorage for some serious views 😍 I can say for sure we can't see stuff like this at home!

Finally got to try some of that famous Alaskan salmon everyone's been raving about 🐟 Caught fresh on Wednesday and grilled to perfection on Saturday with some evoo, lemon, and fresh picked dill from my cousins garden! Paired with some crispy roasted kale fresh from @slamberrrg garden, strawberry/walnut/balsamic salad, and a bit of macaroni salad (bc hey it's a BBQ). I'm sure it's pretty obvious from the rest of my insta feed that salmon is my absolute favorite fish. Now the question is, how many more meals can I eat with salmon before I go home next week? 😋

Starting my day on a healthy note before we explore Anchorage! Fresh fruit, loaded oatmeal (dried fruit, nuts, cinnamon, PB) and a dose of probiotics in my @activiaus yogurt 👍🏻

A seriously colorful happy hour in Portland! Getting in one last (early) meal before our flight to Alaska tonight ✈️

#tbt to the last time I was with (most of) the Blechman clan in VT! This time it's all of us ➡️ headed to Portland tonight, then Alaska tomorrow (wooo! 🎉) and I'm hoping for more delicious adventures like our afternoon spent at the annual chowder-palooza in Stowe when we got to taste alllll the chowdas 🍲 This was one of my favorites from @corkvt - made with corn, chilies and cilantro 😛😛

I had so many different (and delicious) foods made with yogurt at lunch today, I could barely pick which photo to post! (Seriously, #instaproblems 🙄) I ultimately decided on these salted caramel cupcakes made with @oikos triple zero greek nonfat yogurt because this frosting was SO out of this world ✨🌎✨ While I typically cook with plain yogurt, I was amazed to see how well some of our flavored yogurts lent themselves to non-desserty recipes ➡️ think apple cinnamon in a sweet and creamy salad dressing - I swear it's BEYOND!! What's your favorite way to cook with yogurt?
P.S. Amazing food provided by @silver_spoon_catering in Mt. Kisco 🙌🏻 I can't say enough good things about this meal!!!
