My top 6 hacks to help you stick to your workouts! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ
1๏ธโƒฃ On Sunday night plan out your week of workouts in your training diary & put reminders in your phone! If you make time for your workouts your 100% more likely to stick to them! โœ๏ธ
2๏ธโƒฃ If your working out early in the morning set up your training clothes and shoes at the foot of your bed AND put your alarm in the opposite corner of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off in the morning! โฐ
3๏ธโƒฃ Have training clothes and shoes in your car so you can stop by the gym or park on the way home from work/school! ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ
4๏ธโƒฃ Organise a walk/workout/gym date during the week with a friend or family member. Other people will keep you accountable! ๐Ÿ‘ฏโ€โ™€๏ธ
5๏ธโƒฃ Have a collection of workouts you can do at home in your living room so you always have a back up if itโ€™s miserable outside and you donโ€™t want to leave the house! โ›ˆ
6๏ธโƒฃ Make a tip jar. Every time you commit to a workout, put in $2. By the end of the month youโ€™ll be able to treat yourself to new workout clothes (or new shoes in 3months!) ๐Ÿ’ธ

After this flow today Adam asked me if I have a goal or purpose to my practise and what inspires me to keep coming back to my mat everyday๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ It actually made me realise that each day I practise for different reasons...
Sometimes itโ€™s because my body is stiff and sore and needs a bit of movement to feel somewhat normal again (like today!), sometimes I feel adventurous and want to experiment with challenging postures and transitions, sometimes I want to build my strength and stamina, and sometimes I just need some time to clear my mind and let my body just float through a flow ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿƒ
In the end, it doesnโ€™t matter why I stepped onto the mat. I always leave feeling better off... I feel put back together.
Tune in and listen to what you need from yourself. No matter what your reason is. Know that any time you spend nurturing your body, mind and soul today is an investment into how you will feel tomorrow ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ #freshbodyfitmind
