Lately I've been getting lots of questions about what I eat in a day 🍓🍳🍞🥗 so today I've shared some of my meals in Insta story 😬
I'm a vegetarian and I basically don't aim to cut out anything from my diet (apart from meat 😉), rather I look to eat as much variety and fresh, whole foods as I can 🥕🌽🍅 I'm also not a huge 'snack' person so I usually have 3 square meals (I find this works best for me) and I am definitely a creature of habit with most of my meals being quite similar during the week (avocado on toast, stir fry's, vegetarian burritos, noodle soups, salads etc 😝). YES, I eat dessert (dark chocolate is the go-to! 🍫😬), and I do eat pizza/chips/burgers when I go out for dinner...Food is good. Whether it's good for your body or your soul and we should enjoy it and not feel stressed when it comes to eating.
I don't believe there is one perfect way to eat. Overall balance is key, stay away from overly processed/'man made' ingredients, build a positive relationship with eating, and of course actually listen to your body and how it reacts to what you put in it. Apart from that, you do you ✌🏼#food
