Jeff has been talking about hitting 200lbs on his bench for a while now. We stopped working together for a couple months while the gym was under construction but here he is 3 works outs in at @outliftathletics and FINALLY hit his 200lb PR with extreme ease!! Proud trainer moment ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿค—

For the past month or two I've been doing my own meal prep, the reason being is I cut out chicken, turkey and potatoes.
Beef and fish with a bit of a higher fat intake and a moderate amount of carbs. This elimination diet led me to the conclusion that chicken/ turkey/ potatoes bloats me and even causes excessive gas ( sorry for the TMI ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ) Can I still eat chicken and turkey? Yes!
I will only treat myself to chicken on a cheat meal if it's fried with lots of wing sauce on it though lol and turkey really isn't a gigantic loss for me diet wise.
This seems to be working really well for me and I plan on staying consistent with it for the remainder of the year to really see the long term effects it will have on my body. What works for me may not work for you but if you find discomfort and bloating after you eat a chicken meal or dairy or grains or potatoes then maybe experiment with an elimination diet and really get to know your body and what fuels it best! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿš๐Ÿฎ

But I must say I definitely need to master the basics of regular yoga before I try this again. Flexibility is sooo off, it's actually hard to believe I danced for 14 years ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜†
