I’m stepping WAY out of my comfort zone..as you all know I’ve raced my entire life and have always been “fit”, but with working and going to school, I am currently at 153lbs (heaviest I’ve ever been). After reading the book, Unf*ck Yourself, I’ve realized that I need to stop making excuses for not going to the gym. So here is a short little workout after a mile run yesterday because when I stepped on the scale this morning, it read 150lbs. May be small but it’s a start. Here’s to stop making excuses and just do the 30 minute workout. Here’s to unf*cking myself and taking chances in life.
