What makes you feel grounded? ✨ For me it’s taking a walk in nature, reading my Bible, staying off of the internet/technology, having long talks with the people I love the most, watching the sunset/rise, and cooking in the kitchen 🙌🏻 I find myself to be the happiest in these moments! A morning bowl of rolled oats 🙌🏻 Today I used @quaker rolled oats cooked in water and pink salt and topped it with @beeseasonalhoney, @oooobyfresno kiwi, roasted almonds for that crunch, and coconut chips 😄 I hope you have a great Monday!

BILLIONS of probiotics! ❤️ One of my favorite ways to incorporate probiotics into my diet is with yogurt! Especially when I have time to make a yogurt bowl like this ☺️ For this yogurt bowl I used @nancysyogurt non-dairy oatmilk probiotic yogurt, raspberries, coconut flakes, and chopped almonds 🙌🏻 YUM! ASPARAGUS 💚 One of my favorite vegetables and it’s currently in season! To cook you can roast, grill, or steam. My favorite way is to roast in the oven at 400F for about 15 minutes after being drizzled with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Asparagus is full of vitamin c, vitamin a, folate, and fiber 💪🏻 To store you can refrigerate after wrapping the ends in a wet paper towel ✨ Happy Saturday! #asparagus #alyssakayle

KALE CHIPS ✨ If you’re craving something salty and crispy but want a healthier option, these are perfect for you. All you have to do is preheat your oven to 375F, tear off the leaves of curly kale into bite sized pieces, toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and onion powder, place on pan/parchment paper, and roast in the oven for 15 minutes!
