I want to make you smile, I want to make you feel loved. I am so happy and sometimes it makes me feel bad not everyone gets to experience true bliss. I want to show you kindness, I want to show you compassion and fairness. I want to show you honesty, and my mind, show you that not everyone has an ulterior motive, I want to show you people can be genuine and not all is lost with humanity. I only want to treat others with kindness, only those who deserve it. I have big heart energy and I want to share it so others can feel at peace with themselves. If you have an ugly heart I will become angry and bitter with you. Be a good human, it’s not that fucking hard. ❤️

Ooookay so I was feeling myself a bit yesterdayyyy okay? I was liking my make up a little 🙈 quitting wearing foundation and skipping that step altogether was the best decision I ever made for my makeup routine and skin 😂 (not to mention my wallet) nothing some concealer and finishing powder can’t solve 🤷🏼‍♀️ toss some bronzer in there and BOoM 💥 out the door and I’m good to go!Personally I just think girls look SO much better when they wear less make up...and I used to BE a makeup artist for MAC and do the full face beat thing so I get it. Doing it for artistic outlet and because you like it is obviously rad and I back it and do YOU boo, do what makes you feel amazing! But I just think girls should just enhance their natural beauty and not cover it, women are so beautiful naturally 😩😍 That’s just me and I still appreciate a beat face doe 😍💕 to each their own ya know. So today, if you’re in a not so great place, I encourage you to try and turn your mindset around. Things DO get better, only when you’re ready to shed your negative outlook. You don’t get positive things coming to you with negative thoughts. How can you expect things to get better if you’re telling yourself how much you hate life/people/a relationship you might be in/a job you feel stuck in. Do what makes you HAPPIEST, don’t be stuck in something or stuck with someone who doesn’t absolutely 100% add value to your life.

Life’s too short to do lame shit or spend your time being sad. Don’t compare your situation to others who might have more, if anything think about those who have less. Think about where you COULD be, how it really could be worse.

Love yourself first, love those around you, love the situation and place in life you’re in. It’s never too late to start a new job, school, break up with a toxic person, travel somewhere, start new. There’s no law that says we have to do one thing our whole life. Go explore. Go be a musician, then a painter, then get a normal job for a bit, then go travel, go learn, have a million careers in your life time if you want, there’s nothing wrong with that. Don’t be bored, keep life exciting and ever changing. We don’t need to stay routine our whole lives. Love the learning curve and process and above all please, pleaaase, love your life 💕

I want to share a little tip on how to make yourself a better human. We’ve all found ourselves in a fight/heated debate/disagreement with someone in our life at some point. No one is a saint, we all make mistakes and sometimes maybe handle a situation poorly.

So a trick I taught myself a few years back is one that has helped me maturely handle disagreements with loved ones, family or friends, even a stranger; next time you find yourself in a disagreement thats escalating into something worse, pretend the conversation is being recorded. Pretend that recording is going to be played after in front of your family or friends, pretend the recording is going to be played in front of THE OTHER persons family. Would you be embarrassed of what you said? Ashamed? Not want it recorded and played aloud after?

You should never say anything to anyone you aren’t prepared or would be embarrassed to have others hear. Treat people fairly. Treat people with love and kindness. You might slip up and not do it perfectly, but this tactic has helped me bite my tongue and keep a level head in lieu of swear words, name calling, making an argument worse. Keep this as a general rule of thumb with how you treat others.

Most importantly know you can not control how the other person treats you, that is irrelevant. The ONLY person you can control and change is yourself. No matter how immature the other person may be acting, just keep pretending that tape is still recording. You get a lot further with sugar than with salt ❤️ #foodforthought

Gooood afternoon everyone! So I have some good neeeews! It’s not really actually a huge deal but I switched rooms in my house to a bigger one and got this big ass mirror and this rooms got dope lighting so my selfie game is about to get leveled da feckkk up! Although moving is a biiiiotch jeez 😰 anyone have tips for how to help me become more organized?? because for reallll I am so disorganized 😂 (seriously though I need help all advice is welcome)

In other news I started watching this show on Netflix, “I am a Killer” and woooahhh. Anyone else watching this? I need to talk to someone about this, it’s real thought provoking...does anyone else psychoanalyze movies/shows as much as me? 🤣 I like to try and learn more about the human condition. I do this before every leg day and my squat has improved TREMENDOUSLY. This has helped me get soooo much deeper into my squat safely and properly and improved my flexibility/mobility overall.
