First jump session after Rabat for @fabstar7 this evening in London. Conditions were cool with very strong headwinds. Jumps were smooth.
KPI's ⬇️⬇️ - emphasis on competition problem solving

1. Maintain shape of run in adverse conditions. (It's easy to over push in HW)

2. Feel penultimate a bit further in front, and reduce lowering. (Don't want hips going down into board)

3. Target back-edge of the board and anticipate the ground. (don't wait to feel the ground to fire)

These drop-in accelerations are part of a couple different complexes that included resisted accels and blocks for @mikel_thomas and resisted accels for @schillyunstoppablespeed.
