Been quiet this week but I’ve had my head down and just getting on with it. I am literally aching everywhere!! So nothing crazy today, I’m starting with a brisk walk on the treadmill to loosen up again before some light circuit work ☺️💪🏼

I am well aware I have lacked the fitness posts for quite some time... Bit I’ve been absolutely loving having such a balanced life the last few months. I’ve made so many memories that I’ll never look back on and wish I hadn’t.



But like a lot of you guys... it a New Year and it’s time to unbalance a little and go more 80/20 than 50/50 💪🏼😅 For me, it’s not a FAD diet or a short term thing... I am absolutely buzzing for this, I’m the same me but with less events to go to!! Let me know what you guys want to see more of?? Work outs, progress pictures... whatever you want 🤗

2017... well, it’s been a rollercoaster. This time last year I had everything planned out but not much really turned out the way I had expected. I faced let down, disappointment, loss of friendship, financial struggles, I have been miserable, SAD, hated work, felt like I am going nowhere with my life... but it’s funny how one negative thing happening can have a knock on effect and spiral downwards.
In January last year, I thought I’d be moving to Texas but I was let down. There was nothing that I could have done but I blamed myself and although I tried to hold my head high, I couldn’t help but feel like everything had come crashing down... I’d told people I was going, I left my job, I put so much time, effort and thought into it and spent a lot of money. •


But, in reality, I’ve had an amazing year.
I’ve grown as a person more than I could ever have imagined... it took some time but all I ever needed to do was forgive myself. Forgiving myself was the most important thing that happened to me this year. Suddenly, I just saw life in a different light and damn. I am so freaking blessed. •


I’m thankful for the hardship because it’s brought a whole new understanding to the mental struggle some people go through... all I’ve ever wanted to do is help others to realise how extraordinary life is and how beautiful they are but felt I couldn’t help others to love life and to love themselves if I didn’t. I am so excited for 2018 because I feel like I can finally let go and see what potential I have. I love myself again, I believe in myself again and I have fire and drive like I never have before. ❤️Check out my story - I’ll list some of my highlights of the year shortly ❤️
