Taking the week off of lifting to do cardio and yoga to focus on lengthening my muscles before we starts prepping for Nationals 😁😁who says body builders are awkward and have no balance!! Hahaha ok I fell on my heads once 🤦🏼♀️#alphazulustrong
But seriously keeping your body healthy in all aspects is key to any fitness program. Lifting is great until you can’t scratch your back or take your shirt off. Clean food, lift weights, stretch/yoga, meditate and take time to rest!!!
