Yes it can be challenging.
Yes it can be frustrating.
You will have moments where you want to cheat.
You will have moments when you want to give up but don’t.
Tips for dieting:
1. Give yourself a goal, something to look forward to in the future. I am using going on vacation as my motivation to eat as clean as possible & get in those cardio sessions.
2. Ease into the cardio. Do not try doing to much at once or you are likely to be miserable.
3. Switch up your cardio. Incorporate treadmill, elliptical,stair master, hiit , etc.
4. Drink A LOT of water.
5. Try different approaches intermittent fasting, macros, clean eating, etc. Until you find what works best for you.
