You know I love cucumbers, right? They are good for debloating, your skin and complexion and just overall yummy hydration. The lemon makes it pop!

DAY 11: COOL CUCUMBER JUICE

1 cucumber, chopped (no need to peel)
1 apple, cored
2 kale leaves or handful of baby kale
1 lemon, peeled
½ cup crushed ice
¼ cup cold water
Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or agave

Add the cucumber, apple, kale, lemon, ice and water to your blender container. Blend on high until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon honey or agave to taste, if desired.

I can't believe it's day 10 already, you're doing great! This one is a sweeter smoothie, and I recommend adding some spinach or greens if you don't mind it :) DAY 10: FRUITY 4 SMOOTHIE

1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 pear, cored and chopped
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 orange, peeled chopped
½ cup cold water
Optional: Ice or 1 handful/cup of spinach

Add the banana, pear, apple, orange to your blender container. Add optional ice or spinach. Blend on high until smooth. Serve.

So refreshing and perfect for spring, this one is sure to please. Since your blending, remember to remove the rind!

DAY 9: HONEYDEW LIMEADE JUICE

1 cup chopped honeydew, rind removed
1 lime, peeled and halved
½ cup cold coconut water
½ cup crushed ice
Optional: ice cubes for serving and 5 drops of liquid stevia or 1/2 tablespoon honey/agave

Add the honeydew, lime, coconut water and ice to your blender container.
Blend on high until smooth and fully combined. Taste and see if you’d like sweetener and add if desired, blending once more. Serve immediately over ice, if desired.

It's the start of week 2, woohoo! This easy peasy orange juice spiked with ginger is always a winner. Fresh ginger is good for balancing, energy and circulation (and many more things too long to list here)

DAY 8: ORANGE GINGER SWIRL JUICE

2 large oranges, peeled and chopped
1 sliver peeled ginger root or ½ teaspoon fresh crushed ginger
½ cup cold water
¼ cup crushed ice
Optional: ice cubes for serving and 5 drops of liquid stevia or 1/2 tablespoon honey/agave

Add the oranges, ginger, water and ice to your blender container.
Blend on high until smooth and fully combined. Taste and see if you’d like sweetener and add if desired, blending once more.Serve immediately over ice, if desired.

You made it a week! I hope you've been liking these blended drinks. This one, from my paperback, is sooo good! If you don't have maca powder or cayenne, you can leave it out, but make it a point to try it sometime.  DAY 7: MACA MAGO PARADISE SMOOTHIE

1 cup cold coconut water
1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen chopped mango
½ cup frozen chopped pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon maca powder
Optional: ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Add the coconut water, spinach, mango, pineapple and maca to your blender container. If your mango and pineapple are fresh, then add ice to the ingredients before blending.
Blend until smooth and combined. Serve immediately.

Welcome to day 6 of our Blender Juice Challenge! Parsley, just like in juice, is a great herb to include in your diet for natural detox and energy. Here we combine it with a banana and apple and the result is really amazing.

DAY 6: GREEN ENERGY SMOOTHIE

1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1 banana, peeled and sliced
1 small apple, cored and chopped
1 teaspoon honey or agave
½ cup crushed ice

Add the water, parsley, banana, apple, honey or agave and ice to your blender container.
Blend on high until smooth and fully blended. Serve immediately

Berries are on my all time fave list for blended drinks. You get more out of them then you do when you juice, so it's always a go-to for me. I also love the favor of berries. This one also tastes good with strawberries.

DAY 5: BLUEBERRY PEAR MAGIC JUICE

1 cored and chopped d’anjou or other variety pear, about 1 ½ cup chopped
½ cup blueberries
1/2 cup spinach
½ cup cold coconut water
¼ cup crushed ice
Optional: 3 drops of liquid stevia extract or 1/2 tablespoon honey/agave

Add the pear, blueberries, spinach, coconut water and ice to your blender container.
Blend on high until smooth and spinach and blueberries have completely combined, about 15 seconds.

This is a good one! Its a really good breakfast drink, especially if you want to add in protein or other supplement powders. Bananas help hide any green flavor in blended smoothies. If you don't have spinach, any green will work, but I think spinach mixes best with bananas.

DAY 4: GREEN BANANA BASH SMOOTHIE

2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla

Chop and freeze the banana ahead of time. If you did not do this, just add ice to your ingredients.
Add the bananas, spinach, almond milk, honey and vanilla to your blender container. Blend on high until smooth. Serve.
