Not quite ready to say goodbye yet to pumpkin recipes even though our thanksgiving and halloween pumpkin events are over! Hail to the pumpkin til I can't eat another bite! This pumpkin spiced chia porridge is deelish!! Just scoop 1/3 cup of puree into 1 cup of almond milk and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, 1/2 tsp vanilla, sweeten w/ stevia, blend and then stir into 3 tbsp chia seeds and let stand for 20 mins and voila! Top w/ walnuts and pear if u desire. So much goodness here with beneficial omegas and colon cleansing fiber!
