We are toning them arms and blasting some fat🔥 I gathered up a group of frands (all rockin’ Gymshark of course🙃) and did a fiyah shoulda boulda circuit! We then ended with #10MinuteSprintSquad on the treadmill and my whole body was completely deceased💀

My legs might actually fall off from this one! The burn was just everywhere all the time🔥😩 I seriously wasn’t sure if I was going to make it through this workout. I wanted to quit right after the first super set…and then again after the second super set😬 But then I remembered why I started my fitness journey, why I LOVE working out, and that I have an amazing opportunity to help inspire all of you!
