We are super excited to announce our collaboration with Jayson Mesman of @TheTruffleFarm this truffle season to bring you a myriad of events between June and September!
Throughout the season we’ll be co-hosting degustation’s which will begin with savoury truffle dishes prepared by the extraordinary talents of Australia’s Chef of the Year, Damien Brabender (head chef at The Truffle Farm and head chef & owner of OTIS Dining Hall, yeah that guy with the “hat” on his restaurant) to get your tastebuds primed for a sweet truffle assault!! 👅🍬🍭💪
It really is a superb afternoon. You’ll start with a truffle hunt, where you’ll be led around the trufferie with the cutest truffle dogs and learn how to find these delicious little fungi. Afterwards you’ll sit down to a set course of expertly prepared truffle dishes… and bring your sense of humour, these guys are a hoot!!
