I went for a jog today! I haven't ran in forever and I really think it'll be great for my body to have a new #workout routine. I've bee doing #pilates for three years now and I have been in the same weight range for quite some time. It's fun to switch things up and also being able to feel that #runnershigh again, if you will, is totally worth it!! I did a boycott mile, I think I did it right....I have never done it before but you do 50 steps walking and 50 running 4 times in a row. Then after that I just jogged until my song I was running to was over XD I hope everyone is having fun on their #fitnessjourney have a lovely day!!
