Saw this today with my mama @cheryl_vigil and man it was so good! I remember watching Mr. Rogers as a kid every time my brother @alecvigil_ and I would go to our grandmas house. He always gave you the genuinely warm, good feeling and this documentary beautifully shows what a good guy he was and how much he really impacted the world. And yeah, I cried haha. Sometimes when bad things happen to you personally or you see an ever growing amount of negativity on all the medias and even real world around you, it’s easy to have a negative outlook on things. I try my best to always see the best in everyone, but am guilty of sometimes being skeptical and thinking that some of those around us are ill intentioned and selfish, just because I’ve been hurt before. However, just seeing this today was so inspiring and reminded me that there really are good people and to try to be the best person you can be. Everyone is beautiful and unique in their own way and you should always strive to be the best person you can be to others and yourself, no matter if they give that back or not. Thanks Mr. Rogers for being such a great role model and teacher to millions throughout the years.
