AESTHETICS
What are your physique goals? Is it about size or details?
Offseason shouldn’t mean your off of a diet. If you take body building as an art serious you’ll realize the importance of specific foods remaining in your diet even after you’ve been dieting for a long period of time. (Doesn’t mean you can’t eat bad food either) Your body has adjusted and is now running off of what it’s used to. So take notes and pay attention to what food you’re taking in. Making fitness a lifestyle and let it map out your physique! Create goals , short and long term!

REALITY
There are so many things to put your energy into, why waste it on something that doesn’t positively effect your life? Your energy is valuable and I think it’s so easy to find content to disrupt your peace. Those moods can carry onto people that you really care about, simply because you put energy into negativity. If that’s what you are into then by all means.... but @Zoebrum has taught me “if it doesn’t add happiness to your life, it shouldn’t be there”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Need Workout programs ↙️

INCLINE PRESS ANGLE DROPSET 🔥
This is my jam! And I’m not even jelly!
All seriousness I love changing up workouts and making them harder!
With these incline presses I am aiming for a weight that I can do for about ten reps. I start at the highest angle and I each drop each pin down from there! It’s sets like these that remind me of how much I really like to workout 🐉

CHEST DAY
You want to build a chest? Think about posture! It has a lot to do with muscle tightness in the middle upper back (retracted scapula) it’s important to position your body in the correct way of growing. Also to take care of your back. Really one can’t over power the other. Realize where your body needs work!

Such a badass day riding around Paragonah, Utah. Basically in the middle of nowhere. No people. Free roaming cows. And ATVs all day! It’s an amazing place with all the element of the earth within thirty minutes of each other. Ninety degree weather at the bottom of the mountain and rain and wind at the top! Such a crazy experience.

CABLE ROW HACK
These actually hit a great angle on my back! Use the other hand as support to stabilize your torso and stretch your back down as much as you can. Then drive your elbows back and squeeze, just like a dumbbell row!

PLATE CURLS
This was a superset after doing dumbbell curls! I’ve been trying to keep things new with arms so my body doesn’t get used to doing the same movements! I keep my elbows forward the best I can to isolate the biceps! -
