What a great weekend in Sibiu. As a cook, I had a great time visiting farmers that are still mastering their craft while delivering simple and full-flavour produce. I learned that we (chefs) need to take action and put our efforts into guests' plates and take pride in that as well. I am happy for being able to watch and listen -- many areas of Romania are taking care of their heritage and standing up for their beliefs. Time to go back and work hard to make good things happen!
