Thanks to my friends at @origin846, I created this delicious Citrus Salad with Shrimp. It’s so simple and it takes only 15 minutes to make. Sounds perfect for summer, right? Tag a friend that would love it.
· 2 tbsp of @origin846 unfiltered olive oil
· 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
· 2 cloves of garlic, minced
· 1 lb. of shrimp
· 1 grapefruit, cut into chunks
· 1 avocado, cut and sliced
· 5 oz. of arugula
· 2 tbsp. of pine nuts
· Salt, pepper, sesame seeds to taste
Clean, peel and devein the shrimp. In a large skillet heat olive oil with unsalted butter on a medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook until ready, about 4 minutes per side. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine arugula, shrimp, avocado, grapefruit, and pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper. Top with sesame seeds, a touch of olive oil and enjoy! #origin846 #ad #extravirginoliveoil

When something goes wrong, take a slice of galette. Ugh, who am I lying to? Take the whole one!

Your all time favorite 💚 🥑🍠.
For the potatoes:
* 3 medium sweet potatoes cut in wedges.
* 5 tablespoons of Avocado oil.
* Spice mix:
1 tbsp smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder (can substitute with chili powder), 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger,
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper and salt to taste.
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix everything well in a big bowl, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread sweet potato preferably in one layer. Bake for about 40 minutes until crispy. I prefer checking every 20 minutes to check if ready and turn over if necessary (depends on the type oven).
If you'd like to add crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes at the end.
For guacamole 🥑:
* 3 mashed avocados.
* 1 small diced onion.
* 2 cut into small cubes tomatoes.
* 2 gloves of garlic,minced.
* Juice of 1 lime.
* Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl and enjoy!
