Working on those handstand drills💪🏼 I'm trying to get them to the point where I can go up perfect every time and hold a perfect and straight handstand consistently🙌🏼 My friend had me go up and hold it for a couple seconds then back down slow and controlled one after another after another, hopefully these will help😁

SundayBumdaaayy, except I don't know how to be lazy so on my rest days I do a mini circuit and fool around with handstands🤷🏼‍♀️ Just something to get a little sweat on and the blood flowing💪🏼💦

Healthy high protein blueberry ice cream😍🍦💜💙 It's so simple and delicious😋 All you need is:
-1 cup frozen blueberries (or any other fruit of your choice)
-1 cup 0% FAGE plain greek yogurt (for a more creamy texture add more yogurt)
-just enough milk to make it able to blend together (probably around 1/2 cup)
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder ~Blend everything together and there ya go😛 Basically a super thick smoothie with extra yogurt to give it a nice creamy texture😊 Also, top it with some low cal whipped cream or other fruits to add a little something extra to it! Altogether, a low calorie, high in protein perfect bedtime snack! Be sure to give it a try! 🤗😁

Trying out new treats so I can avoid the sweets😝😋🍪🚫🍓✅ Plain greek yogurt with frozen strawberries, blueberries and mangoes😍 This is definitely my new favorite day and night time snack! I always eat greek yogurt every day, but usually I eat it with a LOT😅 of organic peanut butter and granola which is fine, but I shouldn't eat peanut butter so often throughout the day even though it's natural when I'm trying to cut because it racks up my calories😭 so frozen fruit is me new best friend🤗 The frozen fruit also makes it tastes more like ice cream and makes me think that I'm cheating my diet when I'm actually not so I highly recommend it😉😛❤️
