See you can build muscle as a vego 😏!! These pics are 5 months apart and it shows exactly how cutting meat and dairy from my diet changed my body. I increased muscle mass, decreased body fat, increased strength and meal prep is so much easier and cheaper!! I still kept honey and egg whites in my diet up until a month before the last photo, so it wasn’t completely vegan, but for me the meat and dairy cut has been enough to notice these improvements. A plant based diet is something I’ve always strived for but thought it was in the too hard basket with competing. Kinda kicking myself I didn’t do it earlier πŸ™„ I consider myself vegetarian/plant based now, I cave to chocolate sometimes, and egg whites can be a good protein source when eating out occasionally. I’ll always pick the vegan options where possible though, but maybe I’m only meant to be a 98% plant based bad ass 😜 its all about what works for YOU isn’t it? Who else is a 98 percenter out there with me?? #plantbasedpower
