Week 33. It's bingo time this month. Yay! Who wants to do the kb 300 swing with me? Week 32. Keeping at it week after week and I haven't ran out of shirts yet! Added a progress picture this week as well. Week 31. Not that great of a voodoo poker face, but hey their some beads and I might post a progression pic next week.. this week seemed light on the circuit but it kicked my butt. 3x15, split lunges with dumbell press each leg and arm.
