Week 20. Who has an Appetite for Destruction! 3 Reps, 10 sets ( mixed grip pull-ups, 50lb kb clean to squat, walking push-up, core lift sliders, plank sliders, band circles both directions, mixed grip pull-ups) + 150 jump ropes.. Week 18. What a Grape day! Pun intended. Don't think the card gods were with me today as I seemed to find every K, Q,J and Ace in the deck that had me doing split stance goblet squats every other set! Week 17. Oh my gawd! Last weeks Kettlebell challenge to a bit to recover from! But back at it today, rested and working on seeing the results and transformation!
