The Blue Lagoon was everything I imagined it would be. The water was warm at 37 degrees celcius and felt so good to my skin. It was a bright milky blue color water and so relaxing to just wade around the area. Such a fantastic way to end our trip in Iceland! 🇮🇸 @bluelagoonis
Godafoss - literally means "Waterfall of the Gods" is among the most beautiful waterfalls in Iceland. Although it's not very tall, the cascade is divided into two horseshoe-shaped falls, making it unique among Icelandic waterfalls.
Stepping on top of the second largest glacier in Iceland on this photo. We went to a tunnel that is 200meters down the glacier. Never thought it was possible to drill down this massive ice and walk 500meters through it. I got to witness the different layers of ice over time and learn what's really happening inside. What an incredible experience! Truly once in a lifetime. And yes, global warming is real! ❄️🇮🇸
The Sólheimasandur plane wreckage is one of the most famous sites in Southern Iceland where a plane crashed in November 1973. This US Navy plane was forced to crash on land and all the crew survived the impact, but the plane was abandoned and still lies here after 4 decades. ✈️😱🇮🇸
