Work week hustle (Monday - Friday, 5 days) One of the best things about using technology these days is the numbers you put up don’t lie. That’s how you do it right there!!!! And still had some in the tank but couldn’t feel my legs lol. 😂🏆 I shorten the breaks to 50m walks so I could keep count of my Kms easier. So I would always start and finish on a even number. 😉 shorter rest periods but easier on the mind! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 Have a Go!!!!!! #fitbit
