Glutes again? Thats what you thought but yes i do train my legs & glutes at least 2/3 times in a week. So what is actually the benefit of strengthening your glutes? Well in my case, it definitely helps with my athletic performance, core stability, general ability in performing full body movements, posture and reduce the risk of injuries , YASSSS✨

Now try to incorporate time under tension (TUT) to your routine and what are the result that can be achieve? MAXIMIZE GROWTH! 🍑🔥. What does TUT actually means? Basically, its the amount of time that you’re putting your muscles under tension/load during a set. Our muscle can’t count how many reps we’re doing but they can feel the load by weights when you’re contracting your muscle. So its either increase your load or time under tension (TUT) in your routine 💪🏼

Due to my past injuries, i cant really lift too heavy, hence manipulation on TUT really helps, in growing my muscles 😉! Try to include it on your routine and see the difference to your body 🔥💀

Glutes emphasized Workout 🍑

What actually went down last weekend together with my swole mates @annahyphenrina & @ariaputerakamal 🔥🙌🏽 and as i promised in my earlier post, here are some of the routines that we did, try em out and let me know how ya glutes are feeling after 😛
.
▪️Single leg Hip thrust
▪️Sumo Squats
▪️Single leg Hip Abduction
▪️Walking Lunges
▪️Hyperextension (glutes emphasized)
.
All exercises were performed in controlled motion/tempo and focused on engaging the glutes muscle 🍑. 4 sets of 10-12 reps
.

Don’t ruin a good day today by thinking about a bad yesterday. Let it go but i will not forget. Despite the bad experience at the gym yesterday, i still had a great back & biceps workout! Was super pumped and definitely in my zone 💪🏼🔥

Here’s a lil snippets of what i did yesterday:
▪️Straight-Arm Cable Lat pulldown
▪️Wide Grip Lat pulldown
▪️Bent Over DB Row
▪️Wide Grip Seated Cable Row
▪️Assisted Pullups
▪️Seated DB Shrugs
.
All exercises were performed in controlled motion, around 3-4 sets of 12-15 repetitions, about 1-2mins resting period and progress the load accordingly
.
I feel like it was ages ago, i’ve posted a proper workout routines, been so occupied lately but let’s make it consistent peeps! What sort of workout you guys want to see in the future? I shall make it work, InshaAllah do let me know 😊
