Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.
I am lucky enough to have the ability to make what some may see as impossible, possible.
Jenny was kind enough to let me use her as an example. Jenny came to the gym looking for results - her wedding day was quickly approaching and it was time to kick it in gear. As you can see, working out regularly not only gave her visually the results she was looking for but also mental capacity to know that she could, can and will be successful.
Working out is not an instant fix, you won't loose weight instantly, because "working out" is only a SMALL portion of a life style change. However, I can promise you that in the process you will gain a few life lessons along the way.
There’s No Way Around Hard Work: The first life lesson that working out regularly teaches us: he or she who can confront and exert effort reaps the rewards. And the greater the efforts, the greater the rewards.

Learn to Love the Process : The next lesson we learn by working out regularly: we learn to appreciate the process of making slow, steady improvements that, in time, add up to major change.

You Can Do More Than You Think : Well, when you work out regularly, you learn to tune out the voices. You learn to believe in yourself, and in your ability to make things happen.

So much of the gym for me aside from pushing my body and getting physically healthy is protecting my mental wellness. I need my "WE". For me it's working out with my kids!! Seeing what @raetwohig has in store for me this session. The excited waves when I walk in from @mandyjamsmeister !! The approving nod or smile from someone on a cardio machine next to me when I've just burned through a run. Anyone and everyone can be your "WE". Even if you already feel competent doing a particular exercise, bringing along a partner may be a fantastic way to boost your energy output. Your partner’s presence may improve your speed and strength without you necessarily being aware of their influence.
