Muscle strain - for the past several weeks, I've been on a heavy lifting phase, which, in combination with my hip misalignment, has led to a periodic stinging sensation in my inner thigh, i.e. #muscle strain.
Tips to improve a strain:
• Ice it on and off for 3 days straight after the strain.
• Take an NSAID to reduce inflammation.
• Limit physical activity that can exacerbate the problem.
•Apply compression to the area if you feel you need additional support.
This week, I'm on a deload phase until beginning a new program for the following 6 weeks.
