This recipe is SO GOOD! It tastes like snickers, this is why I decided to add some chocolate on top! 🤩 It’s Vegan, high fat, low carbs✔️
⏰ and it only takes 5-10min to make!
✨6 medjool dates
✨40g cacao butter
✨2 tbsp tahini ✨1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏽Instructions:
1️⃣Add all your ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor, blend until you have a smooth, thick, fudge like consistency.
2️⃣Transfer the mixture to baking paper.
3️⃣Using your hands, shape into a square. It feels oily but it will set when refrigerated. Leave on the baking paper and transfer onto a tray. Refrigerate for 30 min.
4️⃣Cut into smaller squares and sprinkle with salt, cinnamon and chocolate (optional)
