There's nothing flattering about foam rolling your Adductors but this does the job!
Lay on your stomach with left leg straight back and right knee bent at 90-degrees and roller under your inner thigh at top of knee.
I like to divide the thigh in half so work from your knee up to mid thigh rolling down and up. Your left knee/leg can be off the floor for more pressure or keep it rested on the floor.
Roll from knee to mid-thigh about 20 times and at any "hot spots" pause with the knee still bent, lift (shake) your lower leg up and down 10 times. Then straighten and bend your knee 10 times. This will get some cross friction going along that muscle.
Once complete roll from mid-thigh to hip crease repeating the steps above.

Pro tip: use your roller to warm up your muscles before working out like @mollyhuddle. Her full warm up: "Pre-run I roll my plantar fascias on the type J+ Jr. Massage Roller, roll out my back and IT bands on the Nonagon roller and grab the Addaday Peanut Massager to hit my QL in my lower back. Then I use a strap to mobilize my ankles and hips, or do a few minutes of hurdle drills and some dynamic leg swings to activate my glutes and hips. The whole thing takes maybe 15 mins."
