TESTIMONIAL TIME! I’m not one to get personal on social media but as most of my close family and friends know I’ve been on a very important health and weight loss journey since Jan 2018. It’s been 6 months and I’m happy to say I’ve dropped a total of 37 pounds, 2 pant sizes and a lot of bad eating habits. Anyone who knows me knows how important food “was” to me. Unfortunately it wasn’t a healthy addiction and after some time I felt like shit and knew I had to make a change. At 39 years old, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better in my life. I feel it when I exercise, when I go about my day, when I get dressed, and when I look in the mirror. I want to thank my health coach and now friend Chef Adam Potash for helping me on this journey. Not only has Adam taught me the true meaning of health, good food, and healthy eating habits but he’s taught me mindfulness. I’d also like to thank Adam Fit(Sperber) and Linzi Martinez for working my ass out hard and pushing me beyond my limits! Seeing my body change has felt almost like an outer body experience and I’m enjoying every second of it. I feel like I’ve come so far in a pretty short period of time and I want anyone to know that if you want to make a change that anything is possible. If you put your mind to it and jump in with two feet you too can reach your goals. Life is too short to walk around feeling like shit and not loving yourself on the inside and out.
