I’ve grown tremendously strong over the past two years of training - looking back at my old videos make me realize how far I’ve come and where exactly I’m headed. -

Throwback to 2016 when it was my very first time squatting with the 20s plates, you can see I was clearly struggling. My form was not the best - but I was still SO EXCITED to finally be able to squat with the 20s. Fast forward to last week when I hit my PR 140 kilos for the first time. In two weeks, I’m hitting 160 kilos. 💪🏿🔥
So in short ; don’t play yourself, you’re capable of more than what you imagine you can do. -

Yesterday I measured my strength again. Barbell Squat PR at 140 kilos ( 308 lbs ) managed to get 2 reps. 🎉🎉

The 100 kilo squats are becoming a breeze now - hitting 10 - 12 reps. who would have thought ? My goal is to hit 15-20 reps before December. -

I’ve been training like crazy, the sessions have been so good 🤤 I completely forget about my phone, but I will film for you guys routines when I get to a new gym sooner or later. -
