3x12 with 355 high bar beltless this was part of the first set I promise I did all 12 but it was too long of a video to fit lol. Shout out to @sammyc2980 and @strengthdesign for helping me today with training and filming. Hope everyone has a good Memorial Day!

Another volume upper body day done. Started with 36 reps @ 145 I think it took me like 5 sets the video is my first set of 11. Am I being my head through now @lboogiebunny ? after that I tried out this new tricep exercise that I saw @marksmellybell doing and it felt really good I think the awkwardness of the attachment forces you to focus on that squeeze at the end. Finally I finished with some behind the head press I was pretty fatigued at this point so I didn't push it on them. I don't know the exact benefits for this movement but I do like how they feel on my shoulders and upper back but I will say if you don't have enough mobility for it it can be dangerous which is why I tend to not do them when I'm in meet prep since my shoulders tend to get tighter. Front squats, sumo deadlifts and cardio today. I got 2x5 with 315 on fronts before wanting to ko then 6x4 with 435 sumos(last set shown) I got all 6 sets in about 30 minutes so I'm happy about that! After I did some back and leg work before hitting the turf for some cardio. What's up people! I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on what I'm doing in terms of diet now a days. For the most part I am tracking my food and days that I track I aim to be in a deficit but on days which I'm not tracking I just focus on keeping my protein high enough and having enough food to fuel my workouts. I'm giving myself a break from the monotony of tracking macros 24/7 and just eating what I feel like eating. If I don't want to eat rice and meat I won't or if I walk into my kitchen and there's a cake waiting for me I will eat it. My weight is sitting between 204-206 currently so I'm happy with that considering I'm just enjoying food right now. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday go and lift something for me while I enjoy this rest day!

Today is my more strength based squat day(I'm rotating between 3x12 and 6x4 every week) did 5x4 with 405 high bar first set beltless the rest with a belt then on set 6 I went up to 425 for an rpe 9 amrep and got 6 not very happy with the depth on them though so I'm hesitant to call it a pr. After squats I had 4x6 stiff leg deads with 430 pounds I actually got two reps hook grip(shown in video) which is a huge pr for me. I was really doubting ever changing to hook grip but the pain with this rep range was very moderate so I'm happy about that. And the last video is an exercise I complete suck at the ghr I'm going to get a lot better at this over the next few month. I wanted to how you guys more than just my main work after listening to the juggernaut pod cast with @eddycoan where he talked about people only showing off on Instagram with their prs. Anyways I'm about to do some cardio then stuff my face so goodnight everyone!

When the pump is so good it doesn't need a filter 😏 finished my whole workout today in about an hour. Started off with 6x4 strictish OHP with 180 which ended up being a little bit harder than anticipated but I was able to finish 7 sets in about 25 minutes. On my third set I missed the last rep so I went for a fatigued "max" on set 7 and got 205 which is my current body weight so I can't be mad at that. After that it was a bunch of super sets for upper chest, shoulders and triceps. The last video is probably my most favorite chest isolation since flys hurt my shoulders and if you can find a nice incline machine like this one even better! More volume work today did 1x12 with 265 on front squat tried to do another set but almost passed out from the bar choking me so I'm going to have to make some adjustments maybe just doing SSB bar or close stance high bar like I did on my last video so I can do the reps with out passing out. After squats I did 3x12 sumo with 355 then did 1x10 with 405. Sumo is definitely going to make lock out a bit faster because my glutes are burning right now. At the end I did some cardio with @leslieamardi @paul_tzostrength_crohnscrusher and @amkhash starting to feel more like an athlete now and it's pretty cool.

Another causal Wednesday at @exilefitness @johnny_do_ and @ripley220 both did some awesome stuff today. Johnny pause squatted 650 pounds in knee sleeves this guy competes at 198 pounds and @ripley220 squatted 677 pounds in just sleeves for a 17 pound pr as a junior! Really excited to watch what these guys do when they actually peak for a meet. I decided to leave Johnnys set up in the video to showcase how awesome of an environment there is at the gym. A place you can truly be yourself and have some great people to keep you at the top of your game. Great job today homies!

Today was my more strength focused bench day did a 5x4 with 335 and after talking to @gavinm93 dropped to 315 on my 6th set for an amrep and got 6 with pretty decent pauses. I learned going into my last meet that when I stop pausing in training I get very sloppy bench form so I'm going to make pausing the bar more of an emphasis today. After benching I hit a bunch of incline work so I can start carrying my shaker cups on my upper chest one day! Thanks to @eyeamprovidence and @gavinm93 for the lift off and @julburg for all the videos. Have a good night now time to watch @johnny_do_ and @ripley220 play with gravity. Also threw on the new shirt I got from @strengthdesign and it feels and looks awesome thanks a lot!
