Short and effective HIIT workout:
A1 Sprints.
A2 DB Jump Squats.
A3 Skater Jumps.

30 second sprint.
10 reps for A2 & A3.
8 sets.
60 second rest after A3 is completed.

This show is very special to me because it was my first overall bikini title, I was surprised the year after with a poster of myself and all the overall winners (who have become some of my really good friends), and now I have an incredible athlete and friend taking her first steps on this exact stage💃🏼. Such a surreal experience looking back and reflecting on my personal growth over the years. Lots of amazing memories from this show and more to add this weekend ❤️.

Proof that everyone starts somewhere and that hard work always pays off. This is my 3 year glute transformation 😊. It takes a lot of consistency in the gym, faith in yourself and a lot of food but with that combo you can truly transform and create the physique you desire.
In today’s society, we want immediate results and the most difficult task in regards to anything in life is being patient. Just remain dedicated to your goals, enjoy what you’re doing, and don’t be too hard on yourself and you will accomplish anything and everything ⭐️.

I’ve been working hard on some exciting projects for you guys, one being a 12 Week Booty Builder Program, Abi style 💁🏼‍♀️. It will be a structured and periodized program with all my favourite exercises and techniques to specifically target the glutes (sorry quads none for you 🙅🏼‍♀️ haha). Will be sharing more soon so keep your eyes peeled 👀.
