We all have one common goal and that is to be successful. Above all do not be content or depressed or angry, but reinvent yourself, be better, work harder and leave no stone unturned. I will do the same, as 2019 will be all our year.

Shows are won from the back. Again this was 3 to 4 weeks out from the Masters National 2018. The two different color trunks represent 2 different phases in my prep. Green is an earlier time, whereas the yellowish trunks are closer to the Masters Nat. I believe everything is a progression. I am moving forward in my prep with the main idea of progression. 2019 Mark's a great return back to the stage..With God first and massive family/friends support and superb coaching I expect nothing less.

Todays back training. We did 3 movements for back. AGAIN not going heavy allowing the muscle to be stimulated. Full stretch and squeeze ....super size me!!! 1st movement assisted T-bar row with resistance band no3 width.
Drop set 5(25lb)plates 5 reps per drop, last plate 25 reps, band 5 squeezes at the top,followed by 20 reps
2nd movement bend over rows with a 2 second pause at the top. 10 reps

3rd movement machine rows, 10 resistance reps, followed by 10 full range of motion reps

1st movement standing shoulder press
10 to 15 reps 4sets increase to challenge yourself @mikey_thebodybuilder @ironmarz_strength.in.training @sadik.gaskin

2nd movement shrugs 4 sets of 10,tuck your chin to chest, keep arms straight as possible
Increase weight to challenge yourself
3rd movement Smith machine upright row 10 to 15 reps , start with 25lb plates, increase per set by 10s or add 25lb, but maintain standard for, elbows up higher than your wrist.

4th drunk man, behind the back rows, start with 25lbs increase per set by 10s or add 25lbs

5th movement rear delt flyes, 25 reps for 4 sets. Use a challenging weight for all 4 sets

6th movement rear delt high rows. Adjust to about 60lbs 100reps to get a nasty burn...nonstop.... @gjerky @hardh3ad_fitness

Saturday shenanigans, today was pretty much anything goes. So we did chest. 225 super-set with incline 50 lb. dumbbells. The set was 5 chest taps, then 5 mid range, then 5 almost at the top, staying in control, then 5 more full range to the top . 4 sets of the same with inclines at 25 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps, 10 reps

Hey gym bro's for Monday workout we did 1 movement that killed our chest. I actually borrowed this move from @mikerashid when he was Bodybuilding. Now we incorporate it in our training. Grab 20(10lb plates) place 10 on 1 side of the bar and 10 on the other side.. total weight 245lb

The work is 10 reps per 1 plate each side. Pyramid all the way down to the last plate on each side, then pyramid back up...no long rest breaks..I didnt take any. I stopped a few times..but I shook it off. Try to get full range of motion if possible. Its light enough except coming back up. There was an insane pump. Good luck

Hello all...much love to everyone, noone is excluded. Today I wanted to share of my successful exercises to develop a lagging back. Some of them are slightly different variations of the regular movements. Sometimes you have to think outside the box. @johnny_d_casalena @mikey_thebodybuilder @gjerky

1st movement
Heavy cable rows..entire stack stabilizing the legs and allowing your lats to extend forward in the stretch, returning your elbows back to squeeze the inner back, 3 sec hold

2nd movement
T bar rows. Leaning backwards, and then lower the bar fully, until arms are extended straight, returning elbows to side squeezing inner back, 3 sec hold

3rd movement
Bend over row using a double platform, I used a straight bar, pause at the top and squeeze inner back, then return to floor with arms full extended.. *this can be done without the platform.....hold for 3 secs

4th movement
Later pulldown use the entire stack , fully extended arms at the top, lower arms with weight, elbows pointing downwards, squeezing back.

5th movement, reverse flyes. This is mainly a rear felt, but because it works to upper part of the back, it made sense to use this as a finisher...squeeze as you bring arms back.
