IT'S TIME TO TALK ABOUT POSTURE PEOPLE πŸ‘†πŸ»πŸ‘†πŸ» I'm getting a bit sick and tired 😴 of bloggers and instagrammers labelling photos like the left πŸ‘ˆπŸΌ BAD posture and photos like the right πŸ‘‰πŸΌ GOOD posture. YES, standing like the right might give you a thigh gap, YES, standing like the right might give you better abs, YES, standing like the right May give you a perky ass, but NO, it is not good posture. Constantly sticking your tailbone out like a duck on steroids puts an incredible amount of strain on the lower back, and cause an unnatural amount of rotation in the hip joints. For the sake of a gram-worthy photo, feel free to contort your body into whatever shape you like but PLEASE don't make girls feel like they have to walk around pigeon toed and goose-stepped because they feel like that's a healthy way to position the body 😩😭
