hope you all smash you goals this week 💕 there are so many things I don't want to do but know I have to do them in order to stay stable and happy! sometimes you don't want to pay bills, cook, finish assignment or even go to work.. but you HAVE to do these things to maintain your lifestyle. look at my workouts the same way. It isn't about what I want at the moment but what I'm set on achieving in the long run 🤞🏽
