So if you haven't already noticed, this week I'm away on holiday yet again loving life 😏. I had a DM this morning asking me what I do when im away for workouts and do I worry that I will lose my hard work during my week away? Absolutely not. I have not trained once since being out here. Not at all. My body is definitely thanking me! Rest and recovery is so often neglected when aiming for a certain goal because People believe they are undoing their hard work by having days off. I know I used to feel so guilty if I didn't train in a day, crazy eh?! Your rest periods are when your muscles are refuelling and repairing, putting your graft to show- trust the process &a look after your body. Overtraining will do nothing but reverse your work. Ngl, very happy to still be able to see the lil buba abs this morning too!
I'll be back Sunday morning with my usual content and no more bikini pics I swear (ok I can't promise this soz!💁🏼). Any ideas or requested workouts, drop me a DM!
