I hope this finds you all well & enjoying your Summer! I’ve been very obviously absent from here, but for a good reason! Too busy to do much else, but continue to focus on our “exciting endeavor”... all while trying to balance my healthy lifestyle, working wayyy more than “full time”, and still trying to make time for eachother (hubby, kids, family and friends). It’s not been easy, to say the least, but will be completely worth it in the end!

» 1 box (cook as directed on the package) of @ronzonipasta GF rotini.
» Veggies: (all organic) baby cucumber, shredded carrots, frozen peas, grape tomatoes, red onion, vidalia onion, celery, black olives.
» 1 8oz bottle of @skyvalleyfoods Organicville #nondairy ranch dressing.
» 1 large spoonful of @followyourheart #vegenaise
» Spices: sea salt & @badiaspices complete seasoning, a little garlic / onion powders, dill weed & a few shakes of black pepper.

For both my Hubby & myself, the past several weeks have been nothing short of BUSY, HECTIC & UNPREDICTABLE! Which in turn, has led to alot of “grab-n-go” foods and drinks (unfortunately). BUT (fortunately) there is always healthy options - all you have to do is look for them, instead of settling for that fast-food joint, or convenience-store junk! We always keep stocked up with HEALTHY items to just grab on the way out the door, so we don’t sabotage ourselves by eating CRAP. Obviously, the very best option would be to meal / snack prep, etc. BUT, that is not always an option. Sooo, always choose the next best thing! 🌿
